The Holiday Savings of $75 off lasts until 11:59p.m. PST, December 31st, 2007. To receive the Holiday special rate of $75.00 per course per child , payment in full must be received no later than 11:59p.m., December 31,2007. Mail in registrations post marked by December 31 will also be eligible for $75.00 discount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All payments are refundable less a $75 administration fee, until April 1st 2008. After April 1st, all payments are refundable less $150. No refunds will be made after June 1st 2008 for any reason. You may change sessions at any time at no cost, subject to availability in the requested course at the time. For parents utilizing the installment payment option the first paymet minimum is $300.00, the second (and final installment) is due in full before April 1st 2007. After April 1st a late fee of $25 will occur. All payments and fee's must be paid in full for the camper to attend the first day of class. Cancellation of classes must be requested in writing via email or mail. For camper registering after April 1st full payment is due at the time of registration.

No refunds will be offered for absences, early withdrawal or leave, illness, behavioral dismissals, medical emergencies, natural disasters, power failures, or any other unforseeable events.

In the event a class has low enrollment, VTC reserves the right to cancel a class. In that event, parents will receive a full refund or an option to switch to another availble camp.

Camp Packet:

The VTC camp packet includes everything parents need to prepare for camp, including camp location, camper code of conduct, directions, medical/permission forms and general camp information. Packets will be mailed, emailed and/or available online prior to camp or given to parents on the first day.

Tution Costs:

Tuition for our week long or two week long camps include instruction, location fees, material fees and material shipment and taxes (some classes may incur additional material fee costs), state taxes, camp materials, student projects, supervision, break time recreational activities, daily snacks & drinks as well as Friday pizza and icrecream lunch.

Camp Pictures and Projects:

All photographs and videos taken of camper during camp hours are the property of VTC and may be used for VTC promotional purposes only. All projects completed by campers may also be used by VTC for promotional purposes.

Financial Aid:

VisionTech Camps and Classes is a nonprofit bay area family company. VTC does offer a limited financial assistance to students based on financial need. Limited aid is availble at this time and completing an application does not garauntee a financial aid grant.
