Introduction To Build A PC

Our extremely popular and unique Build A PC camp program has been rewritten for after-school enrichment classes. This class is a must for someone who always likes to tinker with electronics and is curious about computers. Students will open up personal computers to explore its components and understand what each part does. They will learn about computers by putting one together. Kids will learn about the CPU, motherboard, memory chips, hard disks, video cards and all the other components which makes a computer run. Students will hook up the cables and peripherals and test the computer that they build. This is a completely hands-on educational program.

Testimonials

"In general VTC was more fun than all of the other camps I have gone to (ID Tech Camps, Cyber Camps)...Maybe because it was a smaller camp, or maybe it was because the "teachers" were just more friendly"

-- Phillip, Build a PC Student
